Digital performance of French Retail Banks in 2017

stat

As digitalization has become vital for companies, D-Rating’s mission consists in providing all of the market’s stakeholders with a rating of their digital performance – this rating being an indicator of digital-related risk for a given company.

In 2017, D-Rating evaluated 15 retail banks on the French market (traditional banks, first-generation online banks and « neo-banks ») according to 4 rating modules: Digital Footprint; Digital Customer Experience; Practices & Tools; Leadership & Culture. The results to these 4 modules are then consolidated into a single, global digital performance rating.

17-rating.

These results only reflect the companies’ digital performance.

D-Rating’s opinions express impacts (positive or negative) of digital change on key business dimensions, considered as likely by D-Rating analysts with regards to the results of the analyses carried out in 2017.
