2017 Digital Ratings of Retail Banks in France will be communicated on the 25th of January.
About the ratings
The digital ratings are a result of studies deployed in 2017 and are based on our unique methodology. 50 000 data points were measured to populate 800 indicators of 4 modules (Digital Footprint, Customer Experience, Processes&Tools and Leadership&Culture). All data points are measured externally. They do not integrate any private information from the banks. Measures were made following a strict methodology identically deployed for each bank.
15 banking networks have been rated: Arkéa, Banque Populaire, BNP Paribas, Boursorama Banque, CIC, Crédit Agricole, Crédit du Nord, Crédit Mutuel, Fortuneo Banque, Hello Bank!, HSBC France, ING Direct, La Banque Postale, N26 France, Société Générale.
A superior rating in comparison with peers can contribute to:
- a higher revenue stream
- a longer-term sustainability of revenue against digital threats
- a high performance in the execution of business operations and internal functions
For English speakers, one-to-one calls can be scheduled on demand on the 25th of January or later (contact rbf2017@d-rating.com).
For French speakers an event in Paris is organised to communicate and comment on these ratings. See event details below.
